Actuaute IP were a business already familiar with the design and cost effectiveness of the A1 Office Fitouts team, having used us before.

Colin, a partner at Actuate and I first met on site to "walk through" their new proposed site, and to mind map where everything would fit in. Colin had precise vision of what his new layout would look like, where everyone would fit, how much space everyone needed, the size and feel of his new office lived inside his head with succinct clarity - our job (Monika and I) was to put it on paper, and then eventually, bring it to life.

We were sent varying images from Colin. Other fitouts they liked, pieces of furniture that struck their fancy that reflected the level of quality they sought. We also spent some time researching their brand, looking at their new logo, their documents and letter heads - looking thoroughly to find clues for how and what we could do to integrate "them" into "their" office.

Actuate IP wanted to incorporate their corporate orange and rich timbers to create a modern yet 'moody' office environment. I went to work on the floor plans with Emilio (Drafting), whilst Monika put together this:

 We then created a digital artists visualisation of what their new boardroom would look like. It has finishes and furnishings chosen by the A1 design team in co-ordinance with Actuate's requests.
