Delivery Information

It is the sole responsibility of the supplying entity to manage the packaging, insurance and delivery to the instructions as provided by the A1 Office representative. At no time will A1 Office, its personnel or subsidiaries accept responsibility for any damage, delays, lost or re-delivery fees and charges.

It is the responsibility of the supplying entity to supply each item ready to be displayed as intended by the artist. This includes fixings and fixtures required and suitable for the display as intended by the artist.

Terms & Conditions

Returns Policy

All items are subject to individually specific returns and exchange policies. These are highlighted in the description of the product. Where returns or exchange are available A1 office charges 15% of the original purchase price as a management fee to facilitate the transport, handling and restocking charges

Pricing Policy

All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% in Australia. The price in which the Gallery wishes to sell the artworks for must include delivery costs Australia wide. Once a price is advised on the website it must be an honoured throughout Australia. A1 Office Fitouts reserves the rights to sell the artwork at additional price to recoup cost and management fees which will be added to the final price.

Liability

A1 Finishing Touches has:
No liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any provider or third party.
No liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any provider or third party.

Illustrations on our website

The photographs used on our websites to illustrate A1 Finishing Touches are sourced via our providers and are uploaded as you display A1 has the right to refuse any product deemed inappropriate of offensive.

The text and illustrations (including photographs) used by A1 Finishing Touches are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part with the express permission of A1 Finishing Touches
