Every piece of artwork is individually proffesionally packaged according to the job location and type to avoid any damage during shipping.

Do you ship all over Australia?
We can take orders for almost anywhere in Australia as long as you are an exsistinf or previous client. Please reserve all items through our website, and be sure to list your correct name and address.

How long does it take to recieve my artwork?
Anywhere between 5 - 7 working days, unless you and an A1 representitve have organised special requirements.

Is delivery an additonal charge?
No, delivery is included in the price of the artwork.

How do I tell if a piece of artwork is unavailable?
The work will have a reserved label displayed on it, and you can not proceed to the checkout.

Can i return my item if i dont like it?

What if i dont like anything i see on the website?

There is no price on the artwork i want?
Please look at the price catagories in which your artwork falls into, price will not exceed more then stipulated as the maximum on the category, when a piece is reserved an A1 Representitve will contact you and discuss a price.

What happens when I place an order?
If you provided a valid e-mail address and project number during the reservation process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your reservation. An A1 representitive will then contact you within 24 hours to proceed through to purchasing.
