Frank & Lena Molinaro (Proprietors) sought a company that could work closely with them to achieve their goal of better utilising their current space and freshening the feel of their retail frontage and office.

Important elements of this project included:

• Keeping the day to day logistics of the business manageable and creating minimal disruption.
• Utilising a smaller space through insightful space planning and construction.
• Sharing the natural light through the entirity of the office.
• Creating a kitchen and bathroom area that didn't feel cramped but used the least amount of space possible.
• Incorporate elements of the 're-branding' of Stockdale & Leggo into the fitout.
