Kokoda sought to maximise their budget in a sophisticated, minimal office environment. They also needed a team that could quickly design, fitout and finish their new office to ensure their business didn't lose traction in an industry that never stands still.

Kokoda had considerable, unique storage requirements and a substantial amount of custom joinery was needed to complete the job.

Kokoda used elements of A1's Visual Delivery System (VDS) to best translate various elements of their new office; this ensured we were on the same page moving forward. The reception area was the showpiece of this fitout. It was important to Kokoda that they could truly visualise how this would look as new potential clients entered their office.
