Ben Tallon Real Estate (BTRE) met with various design companies that submitted fitout proposals for his office/showroom. Ben entrusted A1 with his project, knowing that their custom joinery department and design team were most capable of creating pieces and finishes that were aligned perfectly with his vision.

Ben Tallon (BTRE) wanted a fitout that documented what his successful business stood for. Something of elegance and simplicity that was professional but captured a certain 'beachy' feel. Ben was keen to create something that represented his own business's strength of clarity in a tumultuous real estate market. They arrived at distressed timber finishes on crisp, clean white laminate, set atop a 'stormy ocean' of tiles.

A1 took care of Ben's signage and design requirements as well as creating a stunning one off reception counter, display unit and buffet.
